1. WHAT WILL MY INITIAL INVESTMENT BE?
Potential Franchisees that are interested in purchasing a new Exclusive Collectables store should expect to invest between $350,000 - $480,000 depending on store size. This cost includes everything that you require to open your store from shop fit out to stock and the initial franchise purchase fee.

2. WHAT ARE THE ONGOING FRANCHISE FEES?
As a franchisee you will be required to pay Fees. All Franchisees contribute 3% of gross weekly turnover to the Marketing Fund and an Administration Fee, which is 4% of gross weekly turnover

3. WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING IS PROVIDED?
After final approval by the management team, you will undergo 4 weeks of intensive training. This entails 2 weeks in-store training and 1 week at head office and at accredited training providers and 1 week of product training as well as material provided to you in the Intranet Operations Manual providing you with the all the necessary information and skills to successfully run an Exclusive Collectables store.

You will continue to receive ongoing training and support throughout your store franchise term.

4. WHAT TIME FRAME IS REQUIRED UNTIL I AM UP AND RUNNING?
The time from your first expression of interest to the initial day of trading can vary but on average the whole process may take 8 -12 weeks. The timing of your store opening will vary and is completely depended on the time required to sign and execute lease documents.
    
5. CAN I OWN MULTIPUL STORES?
We encourage franchisees to operate multiple locations, however there are certain requirements and criteria’s that a franchisee will need to meet prior to the establishment of a additional stores.

6. HOW ARE STORE LOCATIONS CHOOSEN?
Our franchise Department will liaise with new franchisees in sourcing a suitable site location. Exclusive Collectables is continuously in negotiations with major shopping centres and agents throughout Australia for suitable locations.

7. AM I ABLE TO SELECT MY PRODUCT RANGE?
The Exclusive Collectables Training Program will provide you with everything you need to know about the Exclusive Collectables product range and ranging structure. Our product range has been developed over 15 years of industry experience and is continually reviewed and maintained by our buying department.
